**RavenTorch currently offers scheduled evening and weekend support. Same-day or emergency response is not guaranteed. For business-critical outages requiring immediate support during normal business hours, clients should contact their internet provider, software vendor, internal IT provider, or a full-time managed service provider.
$250 local dispatch fee, including travel and up to 2 hours of on-site support.
Additional time is billed at $100/hour in 30-minute increments.
