You just provide the space and equipment ( computer, monitors, peripheral devices, etc.), and we'll work to set up a workstation to suit your needs, as well as walk you through what's-what in case you need to adjust on your own later.

We'll check your home office setup and make recommendations for security best practices, implementing what you feel is reasonable, and check to ensure your network connection is as strong and stable as possible.

We'll review your current standing, any specific concerns you may have, discuss our recommendations and implement the best solutions for your environment or situation.

If you don't have your own hardware already, we can work together to determine what would suit your needs, and then we will supply and bill separately for equipment & materials.

We'll put together a scheduled cybersecurity training for small groups. This will cover cyber hygiene, password best practices, signs to help identify phishing emails or scams, etc.
If you have specific concerns around your business, please let us now and we will aim to tailor the training accordingly.

Immediate, on-demand support will not always be available, but we will do our best to help in a timely manner, or schedule time to work with you.

*note that onsite availability is mostly restricted to evenings and weekends. There is typically no availability on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
